EB5 regional center law will expire on 9/30/2015. At this time there are no pending legislation to extend the law. This afternoon, the US Senate proposes to temporarily extend the law to 12/11/2015, the same day of the federal government budget expiring date.
It is unclear if the house will follow the suite, which is likely though.
